Strict diet

The duration of the mono-diet is 3 days. It is recommended to drink a glass of warm water immediately after waking up. Eat 3-4 bananas a day and drink 750 ml of low-fat kefir. Products can be consumed in several ways. Bananas can be eaten raw, baked, whipped into a kefir cocktail and drunk throughout the day.

Consider a rough menu:

  • breakfast - 1 raw or baked banana;
  • snack - a cocktail of 1 banana and 150 ml of kefir;
  • lunch - 1 banana and 200 ml of kefir;
  • snack - 150 ml of kefir and green tea;
  • dinner - 250 ml of kefir.

With a strong feeling of hunger in the evening, it is allowed to eat 20-30 g of boiled lean meat and drink mint tea. For 3 days of a banana diet, you can get rid of 4 kilograms and normalize the work of the gastrointestinal tract. You can repeat the diet once every 2-3 months.

Sparing diet

This diet lasts 7 days. It is allowed to eat 5-7 bananas per day and drink 1 liter of kefir with a low percentage of fat. The products can be consumed in the same form as when following the diet for 3 days.

This method is more gentle for the body, since 2 tbsp is added to the diet from day 2. l. oat or buckwheat flakes steamed in boiling water without salt and oil. A few hours before bedtime, you can eat 25 g of low-fat cottage cheese, seasoned with 0.5 tsp. liquid honey.

Indicative menu for 1 day of a sparing diet:

  • breakfast - 10 g of steamed cereals;
  • snack - 1 banana;
  • lunch - 200 ml of kefir, 2 bananas and 20 g of cottage cheese;
  • snack - 500 ml of kefir, drink in small sips for an hour;
  • dinner - a cocktail of the remaining bananas and kefir.

In 7 days, you can lose 5 kilograms. Reusing a gentle diet is allowed after 4 months.

With both diet options, you should drink 1.5-2 liters of purified water per day.

In order for the result of losing weight to persist for a long time, familiar foods should be gradually introduced into the diet in small portions. After the diet, it is recommended to reduce the daily calorie content of foods eaten to 1500 kcal; in the first month, it is not recommended to return fried, fatty, flour and smoked foods to the diet.


Losing weight on kefir with bananas is prohibited in a number of cases:

  • allergy to one or both products;
  • hypotension;
  • gastritis;
