If you have normal or high acidity, then cooking soup will be ideal for you:

  • mashed potatoes, carrots, beets, squash, pumpkin, cauliflower;
  • with lean beef or chicken (skinless);
  • with the addition of rice or noodles.

To enhance the taste, you can add butter, sour cream. First courses such as cabbage soup, pickle, rich broths are prohibited.

When everything is ready, remove the saucepan from the heat and pour the beaten eggs into its contents, stirring constantly. This dish can be served with toasts made from oat or wheat flour;
  • Pumpkin puree soup. Take one onion - finely chop, one carrot - grate. Pour one liter of water over the onions and carrots. Cook for about fifteen minutes. While it is boiling, take three hundred and fifty grams of pumpkin, peel, chop finely and chop with a blender. Add pumpkin to broth. Salt. Cook for another fifteen minutes (until puree). Wash one sprig of parsley and one sprig of dill, chop finely. Add to the pan, close the lid, turn off the gas and let it brew a little;
  • Diet broth. If a person suffers from frequent belching, heartburn, or flatulence, such a dish should not be cooked. To prepare the broth, you need white cabbage and broccoli. Chop them coarsely. Dip in boiling water. Add the carrots, cut into small cubes. Add greens if desired. Season with salt.

Slimy soups. They have a very beneficial effect on the work of the gastrointestinal tract. Sparingly act on the mucous membranes of the stomach and intestines. Recommended for inclusion in strict diets for gastritis. The main component of these dishes is cereals (except for semolina and ground cereals). Grain is taken, cooked until soft, then rubbed through a sieve and added to the boiling broth.

There are some restrictions for dairy lovers.

With gastritis, you cannot eat whole milk and therefore it is recommended to replace it with cereals, jelly, soups cooked on it. Of course, you should not use traditional milk soup with noodles or cereals during an exacerbation, but you can prepare a dish with a vegetable base.

So, milk soup with potatoes and carrots. Carrots and potatoes are boiled in salted water (cut vegetables into small cubes). When the vegetables are ready, drain the remaining water, and instead add boiling diluted milk and a little butter. Salt just a little, bring to a boil.
