Dyskinesia of the biliary tract is a pathology in which their tone decreases, which leads to the fact that there are disturbances in the outflow and circulation of bile. Pathology develops with improper diet, liver disease, gall bladder and alcohol abuse. For the treatment of adults and children, it is important to know what is the recommended diet for biliary dyskinesia.
Basic principles of the diet
Nutrition for dyskinesia is built in such a way as to ensure the sparing work of the liver, improve the outflow of bile, and normalize the activity of the biliary tract and other organs of the digestive system.
The diet should be complete and contain the required amount of protein and carbohydrates, and fats should be limited. The ideal food option is "diet table number 5".
The menu must be formed in such a way that the amount of proteins is 85-90 g, and up to 45 g of them must be of animal origin. Fat should be 70-80 g, and 25-30 g are vegetable oils. Most of all, the diet should contain carbohydrates - 300-330 g, and there should be no more than 40 g of simple sugars. The daily calorie content should be no less than 2100 and no more than 2400 kcal.
The diet for biliary dyskinesia is based on the following principles:
- It is necessary to take food fractionally, up to 5-6 times a day. The portions do not have to be large. It is best to sit down at the table at the same time, which is important in order to tune the gallbladder to produce bile. Small portions prevent bile from stagnating;
- Food is used boiled and baked. Rarely can you afford to use stewing as a culinary treatment. Frying is prohibited, as it destroys fatty acids and leads to the formation of toxins, which increases the load on the gallbladder;
- You should also pay attention to the temperature regime. So, it is recommended to serve dishes warm, the temperature should not be more than 60 degrees. Cold food is prohibited because it will cause spasms of the biliary tract, impairing the functioning of the digestive system;
- If the biliary tract is working with deviations, then it is important to reduce the amount of salt consumed to 6-8 g. gallbladder. The daily rate of fluid is 2-2.5 liters. Water is needed to liquefy bile and cleanse the body of toxins;
- Alcohol should be minimized, or better completely abandoned. Strong alcoholic drinks lead to spasms of smooth muscle muscles, which interferes with the outflow of bile, provoking its stagnation. The liver also suffers from them;
- You need to include in your diet foods that are rich in fiber. The coarse fiber promotes the normal flow of bile by lowering cholesterol levels in the body. Fiber also softens feces and improves intestinal motility.
The diet must be followed for a long time and the minimum period is 1.5-2 years. It is important to use it only after a doctor's prescription. If there are other diseases of the digestive system, then it is necessary to tighten the diet.
Sometimes it is recommended to supplement food with folk remedies, for example, wheat germ, herbal decoctions and infusions. Remember that you should not self-medicate and it is better to seek medical advice before compiling a dietary menu.
