For dry hair with flaky scalp, a mask with egg yolk, aloe juice and B12 is perfect. You can also use an infusion of chamomile and lime blossom in combination with yolk and ampoule B6.

It is very easy to prepare a mask at home that will solve the problem with excess sebum. For her, you need to take a decoction of sunflower and chamomile flowers and soak a piece of rye bread in it. Before applying, add ampoule B1 and keep the mass under the film for 40-60 minutes.

A mask with the addition of burdock oil and vitamin B6 is perfect against hair loss. It should be applied warm and kept for at least 1-1.5 hours. Additionally, you can rinse clean hair with a decoction of burdock or nettle.

There is a simple recipe to speed up hair growth. It is based on a tincture of red pepper. At 2 tbsp. l. of such a component, 1 ampoule of B12 is added. Make sure the mixture is not irritating before use. It is not recommended to use it on damaged scalp.

To soften the strands, an oil wrap recipe is suitable. For it, you need to take one spoonful of olive, almond, coconut, burdock and avocado oil. Then add the egg yolk and cyanocobalamin here. The smeared head should be wrapped in foil and a towel for about 1 hour.

In order to prevent the drugs from causing allergies, it is recommended to use them one at a time for each procedure. It is especially undesirable to mix elements B 6 and B 12 in one composition. Also watch out for the selection of other components.

Products as a source of useful components

Since the external use of group B drugs has only a short-term local effect, it is important to achieve a balance of nutrients in the body by regulating their internal intake and assimilation.
