Oatmeal Exfoliating Foot Mask

There are a lot of folk recipes that are designed to keep the feet in perfect condition. True, such recipes will work only if you take care of your legs not once a year, but regularly.

So, to prepare your first exfoliating mask, you will need:

  • liquid honey - 1 tablespoon;
  • oat flakes - 2 tablespoons (take with a slide);
  • vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons.

Combine all listed ingredients in a convenient bowl and stir until smooth. Apply the resulting composition to clean skin of the feet with massage movements. Leave the mask on for at least 25 minutes. To enhance the effect, wrap the legs with cellophane wrap, you can stretch the bags, and put socks on top. When the indicated time is up, remove the composition from the feet, apply moisturizing cosmetics intended for the feet. The procedure is recommended to be carried out once every 7 days.

Recipe number 1 - from mint and orange

Another composition that will help make the skin on the feet soft and silky is prepared as follows: take one large orange, its weight should be at least 150 grams. Wash the fruit, peel it (but do not throw it away) and remove the seeds from it. Now put the prepared orange in a blender, add the skin and one sprig of mint there. Grind the ingredients until smooth.

Rub your feet thoroughly with the resulting substance and leave the mask for 5-10 minutes. After the time has passed, you need to wash your feet. The acid contained in the citrus fruit will soften the hardened "skin", and the mint will give the legs a pleasant freshness and coolness. This procedure can be performed several times a week, especially in the summer.

Recipe number 2 - based on kefir

Kefir will be an excellent component for home peeling. This product effectively softens the skin. The procedure is very simple. Take 300 ml, if necessary, more or less kefir. It is heated in a water bath to a temperature not exceeding 40 degrees. The food should be warm, but not hot.

Distribute the warmed kefir in two cellophane bags. Place the limbs in the prepared "container", fix the bags, pull the cotton socks. Now relax and sit down to rest for 2 hours. When the indicated time has passed, remove the structure from the feet, wash them, apply a thick layer of nourishing cream.

Recipe number 3 - with chocolate

A useful and fragrant peeling composition can be made from chocolate. To do this, take milk - 60 ml, cocoa powder - 15 g, sugar - 7 g. Combine all the ingredients together, you should get a thick mass that resembles sour cream. Apply a fragrant composition to the clean skin of the lower extremities, gently massage the feet for 5 minutes, wash the legs, and season with a caring cream.

If you don't know what else you can do for your feet, pay attention to the familiar vegetables and fruits. For example, a regular apple can be used to make a wonderful mask that will soften rough heels. To do this, rub the fruit on a coarse grater, distribute the resulting puree on each heel, fix with a clean cloth or bandage. Soak the grated apple for at least 30 minutes, and then you can remove the composition, and treat the legs with a moisturizer.

Recipe number 2

Fresh tomato juice will help moisturize the heels. For cooking, take a few red fruits, wash and make a gruel out of their pulp. Lower your feet into it and hold it there for a quarter of an hour. The condition of the legs will improve significantly. In the summer, do this a couple of times every 7 days.

Another option for softening the feet looks like this: take a leaf of fresh cabbage, spread honey over it and attach it to the leg, pull on your socks. Hold the resulting compress for 30-60 minutes, then remove, rinse the limbs.

  • strawberries - 10 medium-sized berries;
  • olive oil - 2 tablespoons;
  • coarse sea salt (table salt is also suitable) - 1 tablespoon.

Rinse the berries, remove the stalk and crush them in any convenient bowl until gruel is formed.

Pour warm water into a basin, adding mint essential oil there, at the rate of 6 drops per 1 liter of liquid. Lower the limbs into the prepared bath for a quarter of an hour, then remove and wipe. Now apply the prepared scrub mask to your feet. Do this with massage movements, then wrap the treated limbs in plastic, put on socks. Sit in this form for about half an hour, then unpack your legs, massage them again and wash off the composition. Finally, apply nourishing cosmetics.
