Involuntary ejaculation during sleep is normal in men. Many adolescents, when faced with such a phenomenon for the first time, often experience fear and shame, but this only speaks of the transition to adulthood.
What is wet dreams: causes

How do you know when emission occurs? For most men, this question does not arise. Characteristic wet or slightly dry spots of white or yellowish tint on underwear or sheets indicate the presence of wet dreams.

Traditional treatments for uncontrolled ejaculation
What is meant in this case by the concept of "treatment"?

- Chamomile and mint tea. Less exotic plants such as chamomile, mint, valerian also have a soothing effect;

- Pumpkin extract with sesame oil. Mix the ingredients in equal proportions and massage into the scalp. The tool has no scientific basis, but it's worth a try. In any case, it will benefit the hair;
- Warm bath with essential oil. Cold showers are believed to relieve sex drive. Yes, it is, but only in the first hour after the procedure. Then the opposite is true. A warm bath before bed with a few drops of soothing essential oil, on the other hand, promotes sound, trouble-free sleep.

- Live a regular sex life. If there is no sexual relationship or it is fickle, feel free to masturbate. Such a process will save you from frequent involuntary ejaculation;
- Try not to be nervous for no reason. If the job takes up a lot of nerve cells, maybe it is worth changing it? This will benefit the entire body;
- Physical activity is indispensable. Sign up for a gym, go in for sports. Good physical fitness is the basis of beauty and health. If, for medical reasons, physical activity is contraindicated, this does not cancel morning exercises, walks in the fresh air;
- Proper nutrition is another guarantee of health that affects the nighttime involuntary ejaculation during sleep. Less fried and spicy - more fresh vegetables and fruits;
- Revise your wardrobe. Inconvenient underpants made of low-quality material will not lead to anything good.
