Skin rash on the face and body in an adult and a child: how to treat?
Anonim

Every person faces skin diseases. This is because the largest and most vulnerable organ in the body is the skin. And when it is exposed to external stimuli or various changes, it begins to "violently" react. This reaction is manifested by rashes all over the body or locally.

In dermatology, the most common symptom is a rash. On the skin, it can appear in different colors, shapes, structures, sizes.

Causes and types of skin rashes

It is generally accepted that if a small rash appears on the skin of an adult or a child, there is only one reason - this is an infectious disease. But this is a fairly common myth.

There are many different catalysts:

  • Profuse sweat and salt;
  • Infectious diseases;
  • Parasite bite marks;
  • Diseases associated with blood vessels and blood;
  • Improper hygiene
  • The body's reaction to an irritant in the form of an allergic rash.

There are the following main types of skin rashes:

  1. Blister. It is accompanied by itching. It has a clear liquid inside that sticks out from under the skin. These bubbles can burst and form small wounds. They also have a rough surface;
  2. Spot. It has a shade darker than the skin, a rough surface and a small, almost invisible protrusion. Sometimes it looks like a birthmark;
  3. Papule. Very similar to a small knot, there is a lump under the skin;
  4. Bubbles. They appear on the cover in large quantities. Have redness and a white or clear fluid inside. Sometimes accompanied by itching. There may be fewer rashes, but the size will be much larger;
  5. Pustule. Subcutaneous accumulation of pus in small quantities. It is accompanied by redness, sometimes painful sensations.

In both adults and children, a skin disease can be caused by the following reasons:

  • Allergy. Irritation of the skin, which manifests itself as a rash with itching and redness;
  • Eczema. It manifests itself as a bright red rash, accompanied by itching. Refers to a dermatological disease that affects only the upper layers of the skin;
  • Psoriasis. It is a chronic disease that is often inherited. The rashes are bright pink in color. Such skin formations are accompanied by peeling. Psoriasis affects only the tissues around the joint;
  • Hives. The most famous skin disease. Arises from interaction with an irritant or from profuse sweating.
  • Dermatitis. A rash forms near the mouth and on the face. Such rashes appear in connection with the ingress of dirt on the localization sites.

Rash on the body of a child

The main causes of rashes in children:

  • Parasitic and infectious diseases;
  • Allergen reaction;
  • A blood or joint disease;
  • Weakened immune system.

It is not recommended to smear the rash with some kind of solution, especially brilliant green. This will complicate the diagnosis.

It is worth paying attention to the child's nutrition - perhaps some foods should be discarded.

Bubbles on the body and facial skin in adults

Water bubbles are the most common problem. Most often appear on the limbs, hands, palms. It happens that the rash appears only on one hand.

Such pimples are accompanied by redness and itching, and the skin lesions are always extensive. The bubbles burst, and a transparent liquid flows out of them.

Herpes. It pours out in the form of watery blisters on the face or mucous membranes.

Chicken pox. This condition is common in children but also occurs in adults. This virus is transmitted exclusively by airborne droplets. It is very easy for them to get infected. This disease is characterized by weakness and fever. At the initial stage, bubbles appear, after a while they become covered with a crust. At the end, small scars can be observed, they disappear over time.
