Making a low-calorie cake at home is not difficult at all. Many of these desserts do not even require baking, but are decorated with fresh fruits or berries.

Low calorie yoghurt cake with kiwi and bananas

This recipe is a real gift for dieters. Such a cake will decorate the festive table and at the same time will not harm the figure, as it is prepared without baking.


  • Shortbread cookies - 200 g;
  • Butter - 70 g;
  • Kiwi - 4 pcs. and 2 more for decoration;
  • Banana - 2 pcs;
  • Yogurt - 500 ml;
  • Sugar - 70 g;
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp;
  • Gelatin - 4 tsp;
  • Water - 0.5 tbsp.

The calorie content of this dessert is reduced due to the use of oatmeal. At the same time, the recipe uses a rather fatty cream, but if you replace it with a lighter one - yoghurt, then the calorie content of the finished product will decrease even more.

  • Water - 3 tablespoons;
  • Flour - 70 g;
  • Oil - 50 g;

  • 1 tbsp. l. gelatin or agar-agar (take 1 tsp);
  • Water - 0.5 tbsp;
  • Yogurt or kefir - 150 ml;
  • Honey or another sugar substitute to add sweetness to the dessert. Fruit will give that taste anyway.

For the cake:

  • Egg - 1 pc;
  • Oat flour - 1 tbsp;
  • Starch - 1/4 tablespoon;
  • Baking powder - 1 tsp;
  • Water - 1 tbsp;
  • Honey - 1 tablespoon or sweetener - whatever it is.

This no-bake low-calorie curd cake recipe is versatile. The main ingredients in it can be changed at will. Instead of strawberries, you can use kiwi, bananas, or other favorite fruits and berries, or an assortment of them.

The calorie content of a delicate dessert is only 160 kcal.


  • Chocolate - 200 g;
  • Corn flakes - 100 g;
  • Strawberries - 0.4 kg.

For the cream:

  • Cottage cheese - 0.4 kg;

  • Heavy cream - 350 g;

  • Any cake can be made less high in calories during the preparation process. It is enough to replace the cream of condensed milk or sour cream with custard or yoghurt. Low-calorie cake cream is not inferior in taste to more fatty counterparts.
  • Egg yolks increase the fat content of the product. You can take the number of eggs indicated in the recipe, but reduce the number of yolks.
  • By reducing the amount of sugar or replacing it with honey or sweeteners, great results can be achieved.
