How to cook beef tongue on the stove correctly?

Most often it is cooked in the usual way in a saucepan on the stove. The first thing to do is to soak the offal in cold water for at least 30 minutes. This will get rid of existing contaminants.

After that, it must be scraped off with a regular knife to remove mucus, grease, blood and other debris. At the end of the preparatory stage, you must thoroughly rinse the product in water.

  • clove of garlic;
  • 50 g canned peppers;
  • olives;
  • peppercorns.

  3. Boil the peas and cut the pepper into cubes.
  4. Remove the offal and cut into thin strips, and strain the broth through cheesecloth folded in several layers.
  5. Take any mold and pour some broth into it. The layer thickness should be about 0.5 cm. Put the mold in the refrigerator for an hour.
  6. After the time has elapsed, take out and put the tongue, peas and pepper there.
  7. Pour the remaining broth and send to the refrigerator until it solidifies, or better overnight.
  8. To put the aspic on a flat dish, dip the dish in boiling water for a few seconds, and then just turn it over. Decorate with olives.

Festive rolls

If you want to surprise your guests, then prepare this original dish that will appeal to both adults and children. The amount of ingredients is calculated for 6 servings.

  • onion;
  • 175 g champignons;
  • 110 g sour cream;
  • 3 cloves of garlic;
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of walnuts;
  • salt.

  3. Cut the peeled onion into small cubes and fry in a little oil.
