How to make tomato puree soup?

The base of this dish is tomatoes. The richest taste will be obtained if, for the preparation of a recipe for tomato puree soup, take such varieties of tomatoes as "Raspberry Fleshy" and "Bull's Heart". In this case, the tomatoes must be ripe, red, not spoiled, otherwise it will certainly affect the soup. Greenhouse ones, because of the bland taste, do not go well with this dish.

Ingredients:

  • tomato paste - 3 tablespoons, if you take juice, then you need about twice as much 5-6 tablespoons;
  • olive oil.

Cooking method:

  1. To facilitate the process of peeling tomatoes, make cuts on them along and across, and release them in boiling water for a few minutes. You can even let it simmer for a couple of minutes.
  2. Peel the tomatoes and grind in a blender until the gruel is smooth.
  3. Sauté chopped onions in olive oil for 10 minutes. This is done in a multicooker using the Baking program.
  4. After the onion has acquired a golden color, add tomato gruel to the multicooker.
  5. Then salt, pepper, spices, bay leaves, squeeze out the garlic, and tomato paste or juice.
  6. Set the "Extinguishing" mode for 15 minutes. After the ready signal, the soup can be poured into plates.
  7. This recipe can be supplemented and varied with other ingredients. Do you like shrimp? Then put them in the soup. In order for the tomato puree soup with shrimps to turn out delicious, while the dish is being prepared in a slow cooker, peel the fresh shrimp from the shell, and fry in butter.

  4. Add broth and juice, salt and pepper.
  5. We close the saucepan with a lid and, bringing to a boil, simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. Grind the stewed mixture in a blender. If it looks thin, add a couple of tablespoons of flour to the saucepan before putting it in a blender, make sure that there are no lumps and, bringing to a boil, leave to simmer for another 5 minutes.
  7. On the table, Turkish soup is served hot and just before serving, it is sprinkled with grated cheese.

Tomato puree soup with chicken

  10. Let's make croutons from black bread. To do this, cut it finely and let it sit in the oven at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes.
  11. While the croutons are cooking, we will make a dressing for them from finely grated 1 clove of garlic and 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
  12. Next, pour the croutons and leave in the oven for another 10 minutes.
  13. Vegetables stewed in a saucepan should be transferred to a blender and chopped until smooth.
  14. Then pour back into the saucepan, add chicken fillet, salt, pepper to taste, basil.
  15. Pour into bowls hot. Separately put sour cream, grated cheese, basil in each plate. Croutons can be thrown on a plate, or you can eat a bite.
