  • milk - 900 ml;

  • flour - 2 tbsp.;

  • icing sugar - 1 tbsp. l.

  1. Remove the oil in advance from the refrigerator (to soften). Season with salt, add vanillin.
  2. Drive two eggs into the resulting mixture and knead.
  3. Pour in baking powder and beat with a whisk or mixer, adding sifted flour.
  4. Turn on the waffle iron. Pour the dough onto a mold of the appliance and bake for 5-6 minutes.
  5. Break the chocolate and melt in a water bath. After the chocolate is liquid, remove from heat and let it brew.
  6. Put the dish on a plate, put strawberries or currants on top and cover with melted chocolate. If desired, you can also sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Curd waffles


  • cottage cheese - 100-150 g;
  • eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • baking powder - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • flour - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • granulated sugar - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • butter - 70 g.

  • lemon zest - from 1 pc.;
  • lemon juice - from 1 pc.;
  • sugar - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • baking powder - 2 tsp;
  • salt - 1 tsp;
  • yogurt - 200 ml.;
  • milk - 200ml;
  • corn flour - 150 g;
  • eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • butter - 200 g;
  • soda - half tsp;

For a fruit sauté:

  • raspberries - 300-350 g;
  • rhubarb - 400 g;

For cheese cream:

  • yogurt - 1 tbsp.;
  • honey - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • lemon zest - 0.5 tsp

Cooking method:

  1. You need to brew the cornmeal. Boil water and gradually add flour to it. Remove from heat and let it brew for 20-25 minutes.
  2. Melt the butter and pour the eggs into the dough, mix thoroughly until smooth.
  3. Add lemon juice and zest.
  4. Mix sugar, baking powder, salt in a separate container.
  5. Combine the ingredients, knead the dough.
  6. Combine milk with yogurt (not fat) and add to the dough.
  7. Heat the waffle iron. Pour the dough over it and bake until golden brown.
  8. Mix rhubarb and raspberries with sugar.
  9. Put the mixture on fire. As it boils, leave to simmer for 20-30 minutes. Remove from heat to desolate - sauté is ready.
  10. Combine yogurt, lemon and honey. Mix thoroughly - the classic cream is ready.
  11. When the dish is ready, the waffles are eaten with sauté and cream.
