  • 250 g puff pastry;

  7. At the end of mixing, add vanilla, cognac and cocoa.
  8. Lubricate the prepared squares with ready-made cream, and then roll everything diagonally into a tube to make something like a "cigar".

  • 125 g margarine;
  • 1/2 tbsp. granulated sugar;

  • 50 ml sugar syrup;
  • 45 g sugar;

  • 65 g flour;
  • 5 ml brandy;
  • lemon zest;
  • a can of condensed milk;
  • 400 g of fat sour cream;
  • lemon juice.

  • 0.5 cups molasses;
  • 1/4 tbsp. granulated sugar;
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp. a spoonful of brandy;
  • 3/4 flour;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger.

For the cream:

  • a can of boiled condensed milk;
  • 100 g dark chocolate;
  • 55 g butter;
  • a little vanillin;
  • 1 tbsp. a spoonful of liquor or brandy.

  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan, then add the molasses and two types of sugar to it.
  3. Heat, stirring constantly with a spatula, over medium heat until bubbles appear on the surface. Boil for a minute and then turn off the heat.
  4. It's time to add flour, ginger and salt. Mix everything well and pour in the cognac.
  5. Knead the dough well until smooth.
  6. Using a spoon, place it on a baking sheet, forming 8 circles.
  7. Bake in the oven at 178 degrees for 10 minutes.
  8. After that, cool for a couple of minutes and roll each circle into a tube using a handle from any kitchen appliance.
  9. Prepare other portions in the same way.
  10. To prepare a cream for tubes with condensed milk, you need to grind the chocolate on a medium grater.
  11. Beat the pre-softened butter with a mixer, and then add boiled condensed milk, liquor and chocolate there.
  12. Stir until the chocolate is melted.
  13. Using a kitchen syringe or bag, fill the cigars with cream and serve.
